Condition Report.
Potential buyers are invited to examine the goods they may be interested in prior to the auction, and in particular during exhibitions.
DIGARD AUCTION is happy to provide condition reports to potential buyers. Descriptions of lots (including characteristics such as dimensions, colors) resulting from catalogs, reports, labels and verbal indications or announcements are only DIGARD AUCTION's expression of its perception of the lot, but do not constitute proof of fact.
The condition of each lot presented in this Succession Pierre Cardin auction is not indicated in the description sheets.
We invite all persons wishing to bid to come and see the public exhibition to ascertain the condition of the lot on which they wish to bid before the sale. Telephone bidding. The normal way to bid is to be present in the auction room or to register on the Drouot digital platform.
However, DIGARD AUCTION may graciously accept telephone bids from a potential buyer who has made himself known prior to the sale. The minimum threshold for a telephone bid is €500.
Withdrawal of lots and storage costs All lots will be transported to the Drouot storage area after the sale. It will not be possible to collect a lot the day after the sale from the auction room between 8am and 10am, but only from 2pm onwards at the storage area.
Lots purchased at the Succession Cardin sale can be collected free of charge from the sales room N°6 until 7pm on the evening of the sale.
